Pilates and Me
I started practicing pilates about a year and a half ago with Former Miss Fitness USA Champion and Cirque du Soleil performer Sarah Harding. I took a bad spill off a trampoline and landed on my head in a bad way. I began to use pilates to rehabilitate my neck and shoulder injury and ended up MUCH stronger than when I began. Once I moved on past rehabilitation, we crafted out a pilates workout that would suit my training as an acrobat and hand balancer. I got hooked and never looked back.
I have recently completed a 450 comprehensive teacher training pilates certification fromĀ The Pilates Studio of Las Vegas with Gracie Martinez. I am currently studying for the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certification. I am teaching in several studios across Las Vegas and would love the opportunity to help you achieve your fitness goals.

What is Pilates?
Pilates was created by Joseph H. Pilates and is a series of exercises that can be done on a mat, apparatus, or even just a wall! When done correctly, the practice of pilates creates a stronger connection between the body and mind and promotes the health and function of your body through control and detoxifying breathing. The exercises of pilates are all centered and originate movement from your core. In a very short period of time, improvements will beĀ noticeable in posture, lower back pain, flexibility, stamina, strength, and overall mood!
