BASIC PACKAGE:

The first level of support and really the most important and recommended to all of our clients and to your website is our BASIC PACKAGE. In summary, it means that your site will be monitored so that you don’t have to. If your site is breached in some way or if it breaks we will work to fix it.

VIP PACKAGE:

Everything that our BASIC Package offers plus our clients receive (2) Two hours of requested dedicated web support (e.g. updating text, creating links, forms, client-side programming, etc). The client receives a basic summary of what is requested and the time those tasks will take.

EXECUTIVE PACKAGE:

As you may have guessed, it’s everything that our BASIC and VIP packages offer but there’s more! You get (5) Five full hours of dedicated and allocated time for your requests. You can also borrow from the future for larger jobs! Of course all of our clients get our attention, but when our EXECUTIVE Members ask for something, everything gets put on the “back burner” and you get your own dedicated queue.
